We can´t give too much detail about the kinds of people we´re hiring right now, but here are
some guidelines.
- Marketing, Sales, BizDev? You´ve defined, managed and rolled out successful consumer software, EMS, maintenance or provider products in
creative, ground-breaking ways -- and then produced real revenue from them. This isn´t BS - you´re one of the best, and you know it.
- Developer? You probably know Java. You´ve written
nasty, big, way complex systems that have to work 5-9´s.
You may have written some small, super-efficient embedded
stuff. You´ve done middleware. You know the reality of running
in the cloud. You may be an AI, OODB, or NL guru. You
are totally focused on the user´s experience, from
installation to interfaces to error-handling. You actually
like QA folks because they make the product better.
- You want to change the way all of us - gadget hound & technophobe -
use all of the equipment in our buildings to make our lives less expensive, safer and greener.

You crave working in & contributing to a team where everyone is smart & integral to the success of the company.
You have the highest ethics and do (or can put up with people who do) recycling and healthy stuff.

You´re in the Silicon Valley / San Francisco / Bay area, although if you´re a developer with
specific expertise, we have a lot of experience in distance collaboration.
