Office building

Each department in this social services building has varied meeting and work schedules, using our intelligent morning ramp-up and manual overrides to increase comfort. We identified 37% waste and multiple undiscovered equipment failures. Click the image for more details.

Elementary school campus

This elementary school consists of six permanent and four modular buildings built on a four acre campus. Once pour system “learned” each zone of the building, its advanced scheduling, calculated ramping and continuous monitoring resulted in a 10% to 37% reduction in usage each month. In addition, the system produced a number of low-cost recommendations that could add another 5% to 10%, thus achieving 15% to 35% monthly savings. Click the image for more details.

Recreation center

This municipal recreation center has typical irregular scheduling and public access for the gym, meeting rooms and outdoor sports. Our easy local and remote control can eliminate many hours of wasted lighting and HVAC. Click the image for further information.

Historical museum

The historic artifacts in this non-profit museum require unique temperature control and problem alerts. Public events with hundreds of people need pre-cooling and monitoring by museum staff without needing to call the maintenance group for special settings.
